Cycling Scotland is the nation’s cycling organisation.  Working with others, we help create and deliver opportunities and an environment so anyone anywhere in Scotland can cycle easily and safely.

We provide a programme of support for organisations to help Scotland be more cycling friendly, campaign for road safety for people on bikes, deliver training for all ages to improve cycling skills, and monitor cycling rates across the nation.

We are Living Streets Scotland, Part of the UK Charity for Every Day Walking.

We want to create a walking nation free from congested roads and pollution, reducing the risk of preventable illness and social isolation and making walking the natural choice. We believe that getting Scotland walking means progress for everyone.  We work with professionals and politicians to make sure every community can enjoy vibrant streets and public spaces.

Our Walk to School and Walk to Work campaigns reach every area of Scotland. Through our walkable communities project we empower community groups to deliver improvements in their walking environments.  Progress starts here: one street, one school, one step at a time.

- We  work to improve the environment for people to be active, everywhere.

Sustrans is the charity making it easier for people to walk and cycle.

We connect people and places, create liveable neighbourhoods, transform the school run and deliver a happier, healthier commute.

Sustrans works closely with communities, the Scottish Government, local authorities and other partners to ensure that the people of Scotland have access to a network of safe walking and cycling routes; making Scotland a healthy, happy place to live, work and play, and a sustainable and beautiful tourist destination.

Join us on our journey.
