The National Active Travel Conference is now well-established as the go-to event for everyone whose professional life touches on the need to encourage and develop active travel in Scotland.
This event brings together a broad audience, encompassing transport planners and engineers, health professionals, town planners and property professionals, local authorities, private sector, and third sector participants.
The conference will take place on 2 June 2021 in a virtual format.
This year's theme is:
“Priority for recovery: the importance of active and sustainable travel”
We'll be tackling topics such as:
The long-term impact of the Covid-19 pandemic
Sustainable transport in rural and non-urban communities
Improving uptake of active travel through behaviour change
Sustainability and climate change
There will be inspiring keynote sessions, lively breakouts, panel discussions and plenty of opportunity for real-time networking with your fellow-attendees. The full agenda will be published shortly.
We look forward to welcoming you to the conference.
